The coconut shell’s carbonized material is made of carefully chosen high quality coconut shell imported from Southeast Asia as raw material.
Carbonized material is a porous carbonaceous structure formed by the pyrolysis of raw material in a hypoxic environment with high temperature.
The first process involves dehydration and carbonization. The raw material is heated and dried at a temperature of 170-700°C, carbonizing about 80% of the original organic matter.
